<title>Medical Negligence : Pain and death. Fora and bliss</title>
	<link>http://www.legaljobspot.com/detail.php?id=564</link>
<description>One fine day a doctor attends patient to relieve pain. Patient dies. World media interest is a rarity but there is a certainty that the doctor has a queue of inquiries to overcome.

Criminal investigation for gross negligent manslaughter follows. Does your client sing or mime at the interview Is the client to be straight-jacketed or as loose as a goose

Next HM Coroner wants to know who, how, when and where enhanced by Article 2 considerations with satellite PIHs and Rule 43 reports.

Also GMC maintaining Good Medical Practice may require you to prepare for an IOP in days. Is it in the interests of patient safety or the public interest to suspend this client’s registration Plus substantive FTP holistic assessment of your client’s fitness to practise begins.

Do not forget Trust employers who wish to maintain high professional standards and capability proceedings ensue but you are not permitted to act in a legal capacity.

Likely also be clinical negligence proceedings for you to take, shake and break economically.

This is what we do for the UK’s premier defence organisation. Fascinating niche work hitting professional bliss points.

Established 10 years ago this firm now seeks to recruit further four full time solicitors based in Manchester.

You may have experience of our work but a b-on-bang, nimble, sensitive attitude with desire to escape professional penury and explore your limits is just as important.

Apply in strict confidence with letter and CV to:-
